Wellington Advisors manages all aspects of daily operations as negotiated per contract, including:  housekeeping, lot maintenance, garage management, landscape maintenance, management of all service companies, vendors, and contractors working on-site. In addition, we represent the owner in business discussions with tenants and municipal authorities. We handle all lease administration, invoicing, collect all rentals, coordinate legal matters, and produce a monthly package of financial reports detailing related activity of the project.
