Our Experienced Property Management Team
Jennifer Horne, Chief Operating Officer, Principal Partner, responsible for the daily
operations of property management portfolios, construction project management, management
of personnel, financial reviews, tenant satisfaction, lease negotiations, capital oversight,
budget preparation and implementation and asset management. Jennifer has been involved in
several diverse areas of property management with very reputable real estate entities.
Prior experience includes extensive new construction and development, multi-family construction
and property management, investment relations, commercial and medical facilities management,
medical facility construction and leasing. She holds a B.S. degree in Business Management
from the University of South Carolina.
Sherrie Wasserman, CPA, Chief Financial Officer, Principal Partner, Broker-in-Charge,
responsible for the daily operations of the accounting division and staff, telecommunication/rent
roll information systems, financial reporting to property management and investors of development
projects. Sherrie possesses extensive experience in the field of corporate accounting and financial
management. She provides 20 years of accounting experience and holds a B.S. degree in Business
Administration with a concentration in Accounting from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
Robert V. Perkins, III, Principal Partner, provides over 25 years of experience in commercial real
estate brokerage, leasing and development including office/industrial/retail buildings.
Robbie has served on the Greensboro City Council since 1993. He is a graduate of Duke University
with a BA in 1977 and an MBA in 1979. Robbie brings significant experience, leadership and expertise to the team.
Stanhope M. Johnson, Principal Partner, provides over 20 years of commercial real estate
experience. Stanhope has an extensive background in accounting, commercial property management and
commercial development. He is a graduate of The University of North Carolina-Greensboro with
a B.S. in accounting and business administration. Stanhope also brings significant experience,
leadership and expertise to the team.
Norma Tripp, Vice President, Residential Property Management,
responsible for overseeing multi-family daily site operations, economic and marketing trends, weekly
operating reports to owners, liaison of progress reports in new residential construction sector,
marketing of the university board affiliates and student population within the student housing
sector of the company, contact and reporting to owners and the property management company,
as well as budget preparation and implementation. Norma is a hard-working self-starter who
has the ability to multi task and invariably understands how to complete the job quickly and
effectively. Norma's experience is inclusive of new construction lease ups, HUD property management,
BOND auditing and management as well as, extensive new acquisition due diligence. She is a resourceful,
creative and solution-oriented person who has the ability
to come up with new and innovative approaches to unavoidable conflicts and resolve unforeseen
obstacles with the communities to continual improve the 'bottom-line'.
Shelly W. Little, Vice President, Business Operations, Partner, medical property management, tenant relations, renewal auditing and implementation,
lease negotiations, budget preparation and implementation, on-site personnel management, site audit
reviews, building inspections and client relations. Shelly is well versed in the medical
management sector, as well as residential management in regards to tenant relations, construction
up fits, extensive attention to building maintenance detail and most importantly customer satisfaction.
Shelly is also a South Carolina licensed Real Estate Agent. Her relative experience includes over seven
years of affiliation in the Real Estate and Healthcare Services industry.
