Our Experienced Property Management Team
Sherrie Wasserman, CPA, Chief Executive Officer, Principal, Broker-in-Charge,
is responsible for maintaining and preserving the Company's goals and objectives which ultimately provides our clients with success and satisfaction. She oversees the operations of the financial infrastructure including financial reporting to clients, investors and financial institutions. She is fully versed in the management and financial reporting requirements for HUD 221 (d) 4 projects. Sherrie possesses 25 years extensive experience in the field of corporate accounting and financial management. She holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from the State University of New York at Buffalo. She is a current member of the North Carolina Association of Certified Public Accounting, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the National Association of Women Owned Business Organization.
Norma Tripp, Chief Operating Officer,
responsible for overseeing multi-family daily site operations, economic and marketing trends, weekly
operating reports to owners, liaison of progress reports in new residential construction sector,
marketing of the university board affiliates and student population within the student housing
sector of the company, contact and reporting to owners and the property management company,
as well as budget preparation and implementation. Norma is a hard-working self-starter who
has the ability to multi task and invariably understands how to complete the job quickly and
effectively. Norma's experience is inclusive of new construction lease ups, HUD property management,
BOND auditing and management as well as, extensive new acquisition due diligence. She is a resourceful,
creative and solution-oriented person who has the ability
to come up with new and innovative approaches to unavoidable conflicts and resolve unforeseen
obstacles with the communities to continual improve the 'bottom-line'.
Lisa Yurtkuran Human Resources/Payroll Coordinator is responsible for managing payroll as well as the overall provision of human resource services, policies and programs for the entire Company. Her objective is to provide an employee-oriented, high-performance culture that focuses on quality, productivity, safety and goal attainment in an empowering environment. Lisa possesses over 23 years experience in the employee-benefits industry. This experience, along with her natural urge to share information and problem-solve, enables Lisa to effectively serve the needs of the Company’s team members, so they may focus on providing our clients with efficient and profitable management. Lisa’s doctrine is to provide the same thorough and exceptional level of service that she herself expects. Lisa holds a B.S. of Marketing degree from Towson University in Baltimore and resides in Greensboro with her husband, daughter and their four-legged "son".
Robert V. Perkins, III, Principal, provides over 25 years of experience in commercial real
estate brokerage, leasing and development including office/industrial/retail buildings.
Robbie has served on the Greensboro City Council since 1993. He is a graduate of Duke University
with a BA in 1977 and an MBA in 1979. Robbie brings significant experience, leadership and expertise to the team.
Stanhope M. Johnson, Principal, provides over 20 years of commercial real estate
experience. Stanhope has an extensive background in accounting, commercial property management and
commercial development. He is a graduate of The University of North Carolina-Greensboro with
a B.S. in accounting and business administration. Stanhope also brings significant experience,
leadership and expertise to the team.
